BLACK GOLD — A film by  Nick Francis and Marc Francis
 “WAKE UP AND SMELL THE COFFEE”
This critically acclaimed film will be shown at Scarborough Library Vernon Road on Tuesday Nov 6th as part of the Scarborough Fairtrade Action Group’s Annual Public Meeting. The evening starts with refreshments served from 6.30p.m with an opportunity to look at an exhibition and stalls. The film will be shown at 7.15p.m. and it will be followed by question time and discussion. The evening will finish by 9.00p.m. Tickets cost £2 and are now available from ‘Fairchild’s green shop’, 35, Victoria Rd, open 9-5, Tuesday to Saturday. Any remaining tickets will be available on the door.

Fairtrade Wine Tasting, Thursday 22nd November, Old Lodge Hotel on Maltongate, Malton
The event will start at 7.30pm with the tasting of 6/7 wines until 8.30pm.  There will also be the opportunity for people to network and sample  other wines, Fairtrade  fruit  cake and cheeses.
